Rental Procedures

1. Because our space is limited we do all of our rentals by appointment so please let us know what time works best for you.

 

We are open by appointment

8am to 7pm - 7 days a week. 

 

2. Insurance is not required for small rentals and we do not charge an additional insurance waiver fee, but if you have insurance please send us a copy of the certificate that names CypherBlu as the certificate holder, loss payee or additional insured:

3. In lieu of a security deposit we have everyone sign a credit card authorization form. We will not charge your card without your knowledge we just keep the card on file in case there is any loss or damage. If there ever is any L&D we will always work with you.  

4. During the pickup we'll take a quick photocopy of your driver’s license and your credit card.

5. As the renter you are more then welcome to send someone else to do the pick up. We just ask that you sign the following forms and send in all the paperwork ahead of time.

   A. The rental agreement 

   B. The credit card authorization form 

   C. A copy of your driver’s license

   D. A copy of the front and back of your credit card

6. The best time to make your payment is either before or during your pick up. We can accept, cash, checks or any major credit card but most of our clients prefer to pay with a check or cash because we have an unfortunate 3% convenience fee for credit cards.
