We’re bringing together a handpicked collection of films from around the world, showcasing emerging talent alongside seasoned filmmakers and celebrating a wide range of genres and creative voices.

Whether you’re drawn to gripping drama, laugh-out-loud comedy, spine-chilling horror, heartwarming romance, or something completely unexpected, there’s something for everyone. Our goal is simple: to bring creative people together, share great work, and create an experience that entertains, inspires, and connects.

This year, we’re adding even more music to the festival!

As part of our expanded awards and programming, we’re excited to welcome music video submissions to the festival, along with live musical performances. The Cypher Studio has long been a creative home for music videos, independent films, commercials, tabletop productions, interviews, photo shoots, and more, so bringing film and music together feels like a natural extension of what we do.

Throughout the festival, audiences will enjoy screenings from filmmakers and artists while also experiencing live performances from select musicians who have submitted their music videos. It’s a chance for artists to share their work, connect with new audiences, grow their fanbase, and celebrate creativity in all its forms.

The CypherBlu Film Festival is also more than what’s on the screen — it’s about bringing creative people together. Meet fellow filmmakers, musicians, actors, artists, and industry professionals while enjoying a day filled with films, live music, food, entertainment, vendors and conversation.

Meet our distinguished panel of industry professionals who privately screen, evaluate, and score each short film and music video submitted to the CypherBlu Film Festival.

We’re honored to have an incredible group of judges who bring a wide range of experience and creative perspectives to the festival.

 

Our panel includes award-winning filmmakers, actors, musicians, authors, educators, and industry professionals, all dedicated to thoughtfully reviewing and celebrating the work of our talented filmmakers and artists.

Submission Guidelines

​

We welcome narrative short films, documentaries, and music videos of all genres.

Submissions should be 15 minutes or less.

​

Submitted projects must have been completed within the past two years.

We accept YouTube and Vimeo links, as well as uploaded HD video files through the

FilmFreeway platform.

 

All submitted content must be in English or include English subtitles.
